One Piece: Chapter 1073 - Official Release Spoilers

With the egghead arc at its climax, eiichiro oda reveals the full information of One Piece Chapter 1073: Miss Buckingham Stussy. In the cover, we see Vegapunk creating peaceful inventions like tanks that shoot out flowers while Caesar, Judge and Queen look at him disgusted.

Chapter starts where last one ended. Lucci attacks Stussy but he misses because he's attacking an illusion. Stussy uses a variation of Kami-e (Paper Art) technique called "Remaining Body". While she distracts Lucci with the illusion, Stussy uses a lipstick with Kairouseki inside to weaken Lucci (she uses it to touch Lucci, like Smoker uses his Jitte). Then Stussy bites Lucci and he falls asleep like Kaku. We discover that mysterious person with whom Vegapunk spoke was Stussy, and that it wasn't Vegapunk's intention that she became CPO member. Stussy can't overwrite Lucci's order to stop the Seraphim, becouse she's at the same level as Lucci in the "authority hierarchy".

Lilith and Edison came out of the "Labo". S-Hawk attacks Lilith before she can give the order to stop, but Zoro stops it. Zoro fights against S-Hawk during some panels (no new attacks, only one big clash). S-Hawk is in shock facing Zoro's strength. S-Shark attacks Edison as he's giving the order to stop, but Sanji saves him. Then Edison managed to give the order and all Seraphim stop. Luffy and Chopper are running around the "Labo" trying to find for the real Vegapunk, because he and Bonney disappeared (we don't see anything about real Vegapunk and Bonney in this chapter). Cut to Sphinx Island. It's revealed that the Marines came to Sphinx Island while Marco was away in Wanokuni. But Weevil arrived and protected the village. However, Weevill was captured by Ryokugyuu. Now Marco is with Miss Bakkin. She asks Marco to bring back her son and to give her Shirohige's inheritance.

Marco: "I appreciate you saving the village but..."

Miss Bakkin: "You doubt about my son's lineage? Then just ask Vegapunk!!"

Cut to the sea, to Kizaru's ship.

Kizaru brings some snacks and drink to an old man in the ship. Before that, Marines tested the food to find if it was poisoned. Kizaru talks with that man.

Kizaru: "Have vou ever met Vegapunk?"

Old man: "Yes, just once in the past... ”

We discover that the old man is one member of the Gorosei. Specifically, he's the one with a scar on the left side of his face and the gray dreadlocks.

And we discover his name... **World Highest Authority - Gorosei. Saint Jegarcia Saturn. **

Saturn: "I regret that it has come to this!!"

Who Is Miss Buckingham Stussy In One Piece?

We have Miss Buckingham Stussy, who is a former member of the Rocks Pirates. Then we have Stussy, who is the current member of the CP0 agents. Biologically, we are talking about one person here, but we just need to know who is the original and who is the clone. Stussy is the clone of “Miss Buckingham Stussy,” a former member of the Rocks Pirates, and her full powers and potential are currently in question. Since we are talking about clones, this means that they looked the same, just that the other one might be younger. Stussy has demonstrated biting abilities and vampire-like wings. We have never seen this form of her before as we haven’t seen her in battle before. She managed to bite Kaku, putting her to sleep, and for now, this is as much information as we got. She also revealed her loyalty to Vegapunk as she stopped the CP0 agents that were currently fighting the Strawhats despite her being an agent of the World Government.

Then next, she targets Lucci and intends to put him to sleep by biting him. Stussy is the first successful human clone of MADS, meaning that she is the only one of her kind. As a former member of the Rocks pirates, she must have strange and very powerful abilities, and if we consider that all of the Rocks Pirates were very powerful and legendary characters. Then this would mean that there is a lot we are yet to find out about her. Stussy has displayed flying abilities with Vampire wings, and she also has Vampire fangs. She displayed an ability to bite people and put them to sleep, something that is also common in vampires. Since Stussy is a clone of Miss Buckingham Stussy and given that a clone only takes the biological form of its original without any alterations or biological changes that might have come after birth, then it’s likely she has no devil fruit powers. Remember, in One Piece, we have so many races. The Long Arms, the Long Necks, Giants, Snake Necks, and so on. But we have never seen a vampire tribe in the storyline before. The world of One Piece is so vast that we can literally have any kind of creature in existence. We should also keep in mind that we have the Lunarians that used to live on top of the Redline. But their species has declined. So it would not be surprising that we come across the vampire tribe at this time. Another thing to point out here could be that one of the reasons why the World Government might have tried to clone Stussy might be that her race of vampires might have been in decline. Well, they might as well have her have a child of her own. But that might not have produced a pure-blood Vampire in case she was the last member. Looking back at Stussy’s abilities and the possibility that they could be Devil Fruit powers. Then those chances might have been slim because Vegapunk has already revealed the difficulties of reproducing devil fruits. And if we look back, then such technology might not have existed back then.

Spy Classroom Episodes Breakdown

The first episode of the series was decent, but after watching the second episode, I had doubts about the overall quality of the show. After the events of the premiere episode focusing on Lily and Klaus, I expected the second episode to introduce the other characters and provide more background on them. However, the episode instead focused on a combat challenge presented by Klaus, which I believed was a missed opportunity for character development and interaction among the group. At this point, I still had difficulty remembering the names of the other characters without consulting external resources. So imagine my reaction when, about halfway through an episode full of montages and buildup for this eventual showdown between Klaus and the girls, Spy Classroom just…completely skips over the rest of the plot. We get one meager speech from Klaus about the destruction of Inferno Team and the danger of their so-called “Impossible Mission”, and then we just jump ahead a full month. The girls are all trained, apparently, and the mission to steal the evil virus from the Galgad Empire is underway with absolutely no fanfare. We get even more montages showcasing the girls' underwhelming spy skills, a bunch of info-dumping, and a very random party to cap of the thoroughly perplexing episode. I had to ask myself the question I fear whenever I begin a brand new anime series: “Could it be that Spy Family has no goddamned idea what its doing?”

Then, we get Episode 3, and the big “twist” that recontextualizes and at least kind of explains some of the baffling writing and direction that we've had to deal with up to now…though I still have my concerns. In short, as Klaus and the girls so helpfully explain to the baffled Guido, the reason that the show went out of its way to avoid showing us any of the spies' unique skills and special weapons was because Klaus knew that Guido bugged the Heat Haze Palace from the beginning, on account of being an all-knowing superspy and junk. Thus, the girls had to pretend to be vapid and incompetent, so they could pull the rug out from under Guido's feet during their inevitable conflict. This ruse extends to Klaus (and the entire show) hiding a secret eighth spy girl named Erna, who is really talented at mimicking voices (and also stabbing guys). On the one hand, I have to admit, I was surprised by this development, and I was glad to learn that the show's bizarre pacing and frustrating lack of any meaningful character development was, at least in some sense, intentional. On the other hand, though, we still had to deal with some very bizarre pacing and a frustrating lack of character development, and to what end? Guido got all of, like, ten lines during his time as the main antagonist of the story, so it isn't like we especially give a damn when he gets defeated. Outside of Lily, we still barely know a single interesting or memorable thing about any of the other Lamplight girls, except for a brief glimpse at their “real” selves during the climactic fight, so their peril never feels genuine, and their victory is essentially hollow. Hell, I have the cast list and their corresponding pictures up on my computer screen right now, and if you put a gun to my head and told me to explain the difference between Monika, Sara, Erna, Celeste, Thea, or Annette, I'd have to tell you to just go ahead and shoot me. (One of those names is, in fact, completely made up, but I defy any one of you to tell me which one it is without looking it up yourself. How's that for some sneaky spycraft?) Spy Classroom is, at the end of its first mini-arc here, a bit of a mess. It definitely demonstrated more aptitude with the expected twists and subterfuge of spy stories than I initially gave it credit for, but it only managed its first big twist by playing unfair with the audience and sacrificing any investment we might possibly have had in its characters or story. I hate describing anything as “all style, no substance”, but Spy Classroom is dangerously close to falling into that exact trap, and all so it could impress us with a last-minute asspull that isn't even all that impressive. If it had managed to successfully hide an entire damned cast member over the course of a season, that'd be one thing, but to try and earn all that clout after a scant few episodes was a big mistake, I think. That said, I have a hard time hating a series that at least has the chutzpah to try and get one over on its audience, even if the end results are sloppy at best. My hope is that the show can finally settle into a groove and actually start to develop its core cast better now that the training wheels are off. If nothing else, I'll be curious to see if and how the story might attempt to top its own ridiculousness.

One Piece - Chapter 1072: Garp's Full Power Reveals

The Spectacular Advanced Haki and Raw Power of The Marine Hero Monkey D. Garp was revealed in this week's One Piece chapter 1072. Roger and Garp were essentially two massive gigachads in their days. Middle aged men who duked it out without devil fruits. Garp throws hands and Roger swings his Supreme Grade sword. Roger’s been confirmed a user of all three types of Haki, and we’ve seen him use contactless blows using Advanced Conqueror’s Haki coating. This either means Garp had such overwhelmingly powerful Armament Haki that he could match a Supreme Grade sword coated with Conqueror’s Haki with just his fists, or, and far more likely, he also possesses Conqueror’s Haki and literally matched Roger, blow for blow.

Here’s my other sort of supporting evidence.

Bloodlines seem to play a role, although it doesn’t appear to be completely necessary. Rayleigh said that you must be born with it, which only a select few are. If it’s completely random, the chances of Conqueror’s Haki being in the same bloodline are insanely minuscule. Yet, somehow the odds line up semi frequently. Big Mom has it and so does Katakuri, one of her strongest kids. Kaido and Yamato too. Roger and Ace as well. If it’s one in millions, how come three notorious pirates have it, as well their kids. Luffy has it, and while we don’t know if Dragon has it or not, or whether he’s the actual son or son-in-law, it might mean Garp has it too.

Last bit of small supporting evidence. Garp’s been offered the position of Admiral several times, which he’s turned down due to disdain of the control he’d be subjected to. I doubt he would’ve been offered the position if he didn’t wield it. The Admirals are one of the balancing forces of the world, in tandem with the Warlords (now Seraphim), against the Emperors. There’s no way these beasts don’t have Conqueror’s Haki, otherwise they’re at a disadvantage, even with their overpowered devil fruits, because their enemies have overpowered devil fruits too. Sengoku’s been confirmed to have it, and he was an Admiral for a while.

So yeah, I think we’ll get a few panels of Garp wreaking havoc on Blackbeard’s island using contactless punches and outward bursts for the fodder.

The Mystery Allied On Egghead

On Egghead Island, the Straw Hat Pirates prepare to depart as Dr. Vegapunk and Bonney are now with the crew and there isn't any more reason for them to stay on the island. The goal of the crew is to get out of there and get Vegapunk to safety. At the same time, they would also want to follow the Log to the next island, however, it appears more and more likely that the crew will not be following the Log for quite a while once again. With the Revolutionary Army likely departing from Momoiro to chase down Kuma and Luffy and his crew setting sail from Egghead Island soon, it is highly likely that the two groups will run into each other at a new location.

Garp Will Hunt Blackbeard

Perhaps the most important part of One Piece 1071 came towards the end when the Marine base G14 was shown to the fans after quite a while. Fans got a small glimpse of it towards the beginning of the arc after captain Koby was captured by Blackbeard. Shortly afterwards, the other members of SWORD were introduced to the fans, which included Vice Admiral Doll. In One Piece 1071, fans saw Garp engage in a conversation with Doll and tell her that he is preparing for an interesting voyage. Garp called out Helmeppo and asked him to get on his ship. It appears that the two will be heading to Beehive Island, where the current Emperor of the Sea, Blackbeard is.

Interestingly, at the same time, fans must remember that Blackbeard is engaging Trafalgar Law in the New World somewhere. Whether Koby is on his ship or kept a prisoner at Beehive Island is not known. Either way, Garp is most likely to engage Blackbeard in combat soon and this is something that fans would love to see very much. Garp is a legendary figure in the One Piece world and seeing him engage in combat would certainly give immense joy to all the fans of the series. Undoubtedly, One Piece 1071 was incredible from start to finish and marks the beginning of 2023 for the series in quite some fashion.

When Does One Piece 1072 Release?

One Piece will not have a regular release schedule for quite a while. After 1071, the manga is set to go on a one-week break, however, the return will see the chapter get released slightly earlier. One Piece 10721 will be released on January 13, 2023, according to Manga Spurs. Fans can read the chapter for free on the Blog.
